Truly Offensive

I have returned from my blog posting hiatus because something needs to be said about this disgraceful performance shown so far from Notre Dame's football team. The season so far has been nothing short of an embarrassment. We are dead last in every major offensive statistic in all of Division 1-A. We couldn't block a high school team's Defensive Line, let alone a major college program. With the upcoming schedule, 0-10 is a distinct possibility. Notre Dame has never started a season 0-4, but I all but guarentee that this happens with a tough Michigan State team coming to South Bend on Saturday. They want revenge after last season' meltdown and always play us tough to begin with. Purdue has been putting up a huge amount of points, and we have scored a total of 13 in three games. UCLA is struggling but has 20 starters back from the team that should have beaten us last year. BC might be the class of the ACC, and just destroyed the Georgia Tech team that destroyed us. USC will score at least 80 points on us. Navy is overdue for a win, and has to be licking their chops. Air Force has looked great. Even Duke has a win this year. Something must be done, and it must be done soon.
